Andrea is a huge asset to the JSI Team. With over ten years of experience in the research, media and communication fields, Andrea functions as a sourcing strategist and research manager for JSI.

Andrea works with the Healthcare IT team on a daily basis assisting them with candidate and client acquisition, market research and utilizing social sites to increase the team’s productivity and overall success. Other key roles for Andrea at JSI are working with the entire organization to design and implement social media campaigns and to keep JSI abreast of leading research tools and technology.

Andrea enjoys training and loves to share her knowledge with others; she often partners with Jon Bartos speaking at industry events.

Andrea graduated from NKU with a BA in communication. She was awarded volleyball and softball scholarships and excelled in both sports. Outside the office she spends most of her time with her husband and three children, coaching and supporting them at their numerous sporting activities.
