Ernest brings a solid recruiting background to the JSI team. Ernest attended the University of Cincinnati where he studied Business Management. Prior to joining the JSI team, Ernest owned his own recruiting firm specializing in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, he has been able to successfully build strong relationships and trust with his clients.

Ernest is married and has 5 beautiful kids. He loves playing softball and volunteering at church.
